maybe it's just my luck, but n1 kinda screwed up my order. i wouldn't even be typing this if they would have just replied my email, but i'm not sure if n1 knows a lot about customer service. my part came today...no bid deal just a weighted blox shiftknob. of course it was the wrong one. i ordered a gold one, but of course it was that dark grey like gun metal steel color. it's only two colors, and they have a drop-down to select which one, and i thought it would be easy, but i guess that's hard to read. and also before the part arrived i have been emailing theses guys for a tracking number, but no one ever replied to me except for someone asking me for my order number which was included in the first email i sent, but i sent it anyways hoping that would help. my first experience with n1concepts was not a good one. i would watch out for these guys. any of you old heads may remember a certain internet store..."jdmcarboy"...n1 maybe following in their footsteps.

 

I bought something from them when they were Modacar. I think it was my Megan header. I went through 4 of them I believe because of the leaking problem. They werent very helpful at all. I ended up getting my money back and keeping 2 headers though.

They ended up in the trash.

I will say this, Ive been screwed by most the vendors on this forum. Maybe its MY luck?
Weither I get the wrong product, takes forever to get here, or customer service sucks while trying to fix the wrong part. Its happened to me. Only vendor I havent had problems with is AJ-Racing.
