The best price I found for a "Honda Care" warranty ( 7 years/120,000 miles ) is always $805.00--as long as I enroll BEFORE I go over 6,000 miles.
The more miles you add over 6,000, the more the prices & available plans change. Any better prices for this plan out there ? I get the impression that you should lean toward a "Honda Care" company because the coverage is the same ? as your first 3 years with a new Honda...bumper to bumper.Of course, the "finance thug" at my dealership wanted $1500.00 IF I chose to buy the warranty within 2 days, otherwise, the price would be higher & the coverage would only be 5 years/60,000 miles once I drove my new car off their lot ! I may be brain damaged, but, I'm not stupid. You don't have to make a decision the day you buy your car, you have up to 6,000 miles...but they don't tell you that. You can buy an extended warranty from ANY Honda dealership....just play the " beat this price" game. I just Googled " Honda Care" to find my choices of companies to go with. Some of them seemed to be just another Honda dealer in some other state that's pushing their lower price contract.
Just shop around or throw this $805.00 figure in front of your dealership.
