Squeaking?!

Squeaking?!

i have no idea what im hearing.. maybe someone here can diagnose from all that i know... well it sounds like something is rubbing and its on the drivers side wheel ever time i brake it sounds like chirping as i go slower and slower ? any ideas im really about to go see what it is and see what the dealership says but yeahh anyone care to give me any ideas on waht it could be?

If your car has many miles on if that noise could be the warning scrapers on your worn out front disc brake pads. they make that noise when they are worn down and need replacement. Just look through the slots in your wheels and see how worn your pads are.

i had something similar and it was a rust spot on my rotor i guess from washing my car then letting it sit. itll wear away

a cracked brake pad could cause that.

Diagnosis

Sounds to me like your car is squeaking.


Seriously, though, it will almost surely be a brake pad.
