Cruise control

My Fit is now 6 months old and has 6,560 miles on her. Has run great and my milage is 37/39 mpg highway and thats at 75/85 mph. Can't complain about that. Handles great and much better and quiter since I got rid og the Dunlops and went with Michlens. Went down to the stealer today to see about trading for an o8, MT sport well I think you know how that went. Only reason was to get a cruise control because I do a lot of highway driving but the difference was too much. Does anyone know where or who has a cruise control kit?? The one from Canada is no longer listed and Audiovox also pulled there's off the market. Help.

Do you have a Circuit City by you? I believe you can buy the kit there and have them install it, but that was during the car stereo craze of 1997-2002, and I'm not sure if they still do it....

Your best bet is to go to any Honda dealer. If anything, they might be able to work something out for you.

Should have gotten the Sport.

Duct tape + Brick + gas pedal, and you're good to go!

Honestly though, I wish there was some sort of hand operated throttle lock. I've found that driving at a fixed throttle position, and letting the car speed vary +/- 5 MPH on hills gets the best highway mileage.
