How often with the cruise control?

Curious how often people use their cruise control. On my previous cars, Idon't think I ever used this feature. With my fit, I have been using it almost every time I get on a clear highway (rare here in NY.) I notice that I can't beat the cc in cruising mpg so that is why I have been using it frequently.

So, full disclosure, we just got our Fit (PICKED IT UP TONIGHT!!!), so I don't know how it will be, but with my F-150 I always got better mileage off CC.

Its pretty easy to get 45+ mpg with the cc set at 65mph.

With my 2010 Prius, I found that I got the best mileage without the Cruise control. With my 2015 Fit, I'm experiencing the exact opposite.

Just about every time I drive the car.

I have yet to use it due to the nature of driving around our parts. At some point I will when we get settled and take longer trips.

We have a section of road with a 45 MPH speed limit, and it's heavily patrolled by police. Cruise control is a big help.

My current car doesn't have it and It would have been a great addition. I'm looking forward to it in a Fit or HRV
