I agree with you 100%. My advice to the OP was in post #9. If he had followed it, the problem would have disappeared in about 2 weeks. In almost any consumer complaint, a letter to the business causing the problem, from your attorney, advising them that they will soon have the opportunity to justify to a Municipal Court judge their justification for their lack of response to your problem will get quick results. A follow-up letter from you promising to have your local newspaper and TV news cover the court action will speed things up even more.
When the OP has a problem with the new Toyota or whatever, at least we won't have to read the new complaints.
