warranty ?'s

warranty ?'s

i was wondering if i was to put on intake and exhaust (not headers) would it void the warranty on my fit?

I called my dealer when putting on my intake, they said it would not void any warranty unless the malfunction cause was due to the after market part.

major mistake calling the dealer and asking, because if something does go wrong with your car, they will most definitley cite your phone call and dismiss your claim.

Best advice is to retain your stock parts and swap them back in before bringing the car in, in the event of an engine problem.
