Christmas Tree In Fit

Hey,

Just wanted to say that I picked up a Christmas tree on Saturday. 7 foot tall. It fit in the FIT with two passengers. However, the tailgate had to be tied down because the tree was hanging out by about 2 - 3 feet.

I was happy though

Nice man!!We went and got a X-mas tree and im sure it could fit in my Fit, but i decided to put it in my cousins trailer so it didnt make a mess in my Fit! Glad to hear it worked though!

Xmas tree

I did the same, only pushed and angled the passenger seat forward all the way and got the whoile tree in. Ditto on the painter's cloth. It was the easiest tree pickup ever!

Nice. I think ill have to buy a tarp or something for when I haul around bigger items. The new car novelty for me lasts a long time and dont want any kind of mess in the car.

when we got our tree, i put just over a 6 foot tree bailed and three people in the car. And the hatch was closed.

It still surpises me how much stuff i can fit in there
