Fit toy

Just picked 2 of these up off of eBay the other day. It's a JDM 2nd gen Fit promo toy that was given out to customers that took a test drive in the first few weeks of release. They were never sold officially and to my knowledge are pretty rare. Nifty thing is it's IR control, so you can drive it around once you've put it together. I thought I got the only 2 the seller had, but looks like he's got another one up right now. Sorry, no link to the listing, but just search for Honda Fit and look under radio control cars. Price is fairly cheap considering they're very uncommon.

Yeah, these are pretty neat. I wanted one ever since I heard about them on one of my JDM Fit friend's blogs. It's one of the rarer JDM Fit memorabilia items next to the DVD's and computer mice. I see the mice on JDM Yahoo Auction often, but no one will ship overseas. My 2 shipped out last week, so should be here this week sometime I'm thinking. I'll post pics once I get one together.

Got my models in the mail today. Really pretty neat and very easy to put together. My only advice is when you put the front knuckles in make sure they're not in upside down. I did it on mine at first and it looked like the car had a 3" drop in the front; swapped them around and it's fine now. Took about 10 mins to put together, and runs very nice considering. I'll post a pic as soon as I have time to take one.
