Yeah, I'm really getting tired of the original guy I talked to... he didn't seem helpful at all and now he is being really pushy. I think I've gotten about 12 calls from him in the last couple weeks. Here is the email from the second guy...

Hey, I just wanted to let you know that the salesman you talked to last time you were in (james) is throwing a fit that im working a deal with you, so he requested to take over. He plans to give you a call sometime and check in with you.

 

The Fit is best choice between Fit, Versa, and Yaris if handling is prime reason. To get fair deal go to Edmunds etc to get invoice on the car you want and subtract the WHOLESALE price of your car (honestly appraised!), subtract any rebates, and add sales tax, licensing fees and any noxious sales handling fees. Thats the minimum cost difference you can pay but the dealer wants to make some profit so be prepared to pay $500 at least more. And yes the realer principal gets 3% holdback but you don't.

Oh and if you might prefer the low cost financing compared to the rebate calculate your payment both ways to see which is best. The lower interest isn't always lower payments.

I just (3 weeks ago) bought a Fit S AT mats and everything, and got Honda extended bumper to bumper 120,000 mile warrenty dealer paid half I paid half.

I don't know how good the deal is but I was very happy
