Ok, here it is. Very easy to do. I painted the housings black while I had them out. Thanks Andy!

 

Looks great! Just put mine on as well. My fiance seems to have misplaced my camera so pics will have to wait. You totally made up my mind about painting the housings though.

Which paint did you use?

Thanks! I sent those pics to him in an email, but that's fine if you send them.
This is the paint I used. All I did was wash and dry the housings, no primer, no sanding. Easy.

 

Did you spray any clear over it?

No I didn't. I put 3 coats on them and they seemed smooth and looked good, so....we'll see! Hopefully the paint won't fall off in big chunks!

It was a memorable experience, but they're done.
Hard as we tried, they are not perfect. I am convinced perfection should not be too big of a priority. But I do like the looks. These are the light tints and can be ordered from bluebatmobile. I was following my husband home tonight and he said the headlights are plenty bright. Yay!! It's done.

I baked the headlights and blacked them out on my RSX ... never. again. What a royal pain in the ass LOL

 

We ordered tail light overlays for the STi from him.

highly recommended!

 

Does he still do it? My cousin semi knows him I think. But I don't know if he still does it.
