Yikes - it begins

OK I've had my Fit since May 07 and it has been rainy here so I just decided to take it down and spray it off with water to get the road grim off - brought it back to the garage to just get any water off the body and noticed on the right side fender - the part that meets up with the headlight - there is a small chip in the paint at the beginning of the seam. I know that others have had the same problem but did the dealership agree to fix or is it something that a little touch up paint will do the trick on?

Thanks!

From what i understand reading threw some of the older threads that some dealerships are better then others and will work with you and others wont. It also depends on how bad it is. If its just a tiny spot your prob better off just using touch up paint and calling it good. If it gets super crazy then go to the dealer and complain. Thats my thoughts hope you get it figured out cat.

Yours is SSM right?

Thanks for the info - that is what I am thinking it is not really noticible to anyone but me - I just felt that some touch up paint may do the job. I'll drop by the dealership and let them take a look and advise me. Then I'll get some touch up paints for any future problems.
