why dose noone roll CF hoods?

I just got mine recently, got a good price, seibon quality, decent fitment. it does rice up the car quite a bit though :|

for me, the stock hood is not nearly heavy enough to make a difference
going to a CF hood.

its not the hood is really light even if you wanna race the car it wouldent be worth the money but im only getting it for the look and the look alone i like the CF look along with the vents

CF reminds me of black painted pieces. It only looks good on black cars because its not noticeable.
I dont like CF, at all. The only time CF looks good is interior and under the hood. And on Vw's/Audi's.

haha thats what i like about it too

my spoon hood is way lighter (in weight and color) though so you will be able to tell the cf is there alot more. when ben gets around to shipping my radiator support, ill post pics of the front end.

If you like something just go for it. Taking advice over what makes you a ricer online is what gets people to follow trends, if you like something do it. Theres no order of how you should be doing your mods, even if there was who's going to enforce it.

I'd go with better wheels OR better tires. The CF hood will do the least good.

CF hoods are usually associated with boy racers and should be avoided. This is a $16K car guys, no reason to drop a $1K hood on the thing. Most people see a CF hood (black) and think the car had a cheap repair on it and couldn’t afford the paint. It falls under this philosophy:
