Up to you bud. doesn't matter what order you do them in as long as your pleased with the end result. If your concerned you can always buy and wait until you have eveything to put it all on.
I don't have a cf hood because I don't like them :/

Ehh CF hoods are ok, on some colors nice and some all bad.
Example-
NHBP+CF Hood=NICEEE!
VBP+CF Hood=ALLLL BAD!
I say before you do anything drop your Fit, improves looks and performance.

i dont know everyone elses reason but im not getting one because the stock hood is already light as hell !! so whats the purpose of getting a cf one ?? unless your one of those form over function types than do it..
Its lightt but its not that light. The CF one is LIGHT.. I Have my JDM spec CF hood and that is even LIGHTER! I think my OEM S2000 hood is lighter than the OEM Fit hood.

It depends on what you want. If it's performance then save the money till you can use it and buy your I/H/E all in one go, that would be fun. Otherwise if you cannot go performance I would say the CF hood will look great with your car tinted, but the wheels will give you a better feel for the car. Either way it's all in what your car is gonna be doing for you!
I ran some performance mods before my wheels and I got black headlights instead of a CF hood just because I like to keep it looking a little clean, no tint, and not stand out among cops.

my wheels came in before my springs, but i ordered my springs first!! But I couldn't wait!
AM I A RICER???
my order will be:
1. tint
2. rims/drop(same time :-D)
3. intake
4. head unit
5. header + axle back(I want my car quiet)
6. speakers/sound deadening
7. CF hood
8. progress rear sway bar
9. nawzzzz

I would say just do a CF hood because mostly fitfreaks think that the car looks stupid without being lowered, but i have had most people comment on my car even before i had the rims and suspension....some even said the drop is fine, not too high not too low. Just be happy ur not like a stock scion xa height.
i have a cf hood mostly for looks.
although i think people that paint their stock hood black for the "look" ruins it for people with real cf hood.
and i think it only looks good on black or white cars.

i like CF hoods for the weight savings more than for appearance, but they look alright on some cars. white and black look best. i've seen some nice BOM with cf hoods that look great.
they just cost so much for such a small hood. an EP3 hood was about $400, but a GD3 hood (which is smaller) costs more! i'll wait for a cheap used one that is faded or scratched because i would paint it anyway.
