Talking Just ordered my VBP Fit Sport Friday!!

Hey guys!

Really excited, just ordered my Vivid Blue Pearl 08 Fit Sport 5 spd, should be picking it up by Wednesday. Got good payment plans! Is there anything i should be aware of? I test drove both and liked the auto on the interstate, but the manual drove better in town i thought. I wished the 5 spd sat at a lower rpm on the interstate, but i have a 98 VW New Beetle i'm trading in, and it sat even higher. And it's louder, (being ten years older). 2 problems in my book i've already "solved" are the dead pedal issue, (found the $50 one) and the iPod integration. My NB has an Alpine 9857 in it with the iPod integration but that USA Honda Kit from Crutchfield is great! Anyway, i'm excited to join the club! Only plans I have for it are tint all around, the JDM center console, ipod kit, and deal pedal. No lowering, my NB is lowered and I don't want that again! The main reason i'm getting a fit is the gas mileage, space, (i'm a musician) and looks! I love it! I LOVE the body color headlights!! Anyway, this is a lot for my first post, but i'm excited. If you have any tips or anything to look out for let me know! Thanks!

Chris

I have the same. Be very careful when you wash it the first time.

Congrats, I had the same headunit in my old Accord, I installed it in my gf's TL and she loves it, I miss the ipod controls on the headunit, but I can live without. Enjoy the VBP goodness.

Congratulations!! Get the cargo tray, and the all season mats; you won't regret it, especially if you're into OEM equipment! Also, you might want to consider the body side molding from Zeta, to avoid damage from persons who stoop to the low standards they set for themselves!!

congrats! enjoy the car.... you might want to consider locking lugs on your wheels... Fit wheels have been somewhat of a comodity among thieves....
