It is not about how old you are, but how young you feel!
My grandfather was always young at heart! At age 68 we went to the beach and he dove in, picked up a huge rock and walked on the bottom before doing few underwater flips and surfaced up! Jack Lalane of sort! On the other hand (his son) my father was 150 at age 30!
