Better battery to use inverter for laptop without killing the battery?
Better battery to use inverter for laptop without killing the battery?
I apologize if this has been asked before, but I did a search and came up with these two threads that both offered some information about using inverters with the Fit:
https://www.fitfreak.net/forums/fit-...her-fit-2.html
https://www.fitfreak.net/forums/fit-...r-adapter.html
My question is about using an inverter to power a laptop in the Fit. One of the threads warned against doing this with the engine off for obvious reasons and I seem to recall seeing another thread that mentioned someone killing the battery just from having the radio on too long. Is it possible to replace the battery in the Fit with something that could power the stereo or a laptop with the engine off without dying? Thank you in advance.
