RS stands for "Really Stupid" as in really stupid if you want to buy an RS badge to put on the car if there isn't already one on there.

Well you know on a real car, the Chevrolet Camaro, it stands for Rally Sport so it just makes sense on a toy car, Honda Fit, it stands for Road Sailing.
