at lease your not in hawaii most of the cops here give u tickets just cause our car looks like a race car to them. i got choke tickets for exhaust everyone of them got knocked out cause the cops never use the meter. exhaust causes attention.

That makes me sad cuz I have cars with smaller cc's that run exhausts . Which dont give out a stock note, and do perform better just like most aftermarket exhausts.

its not all that over here. its just like the mainland but only being stuck on a island that takes like 2 hours to go around the whole island. well the exhaust thing i say axle back would be the best bet for u guys just that cops asume that your car is hella loud with the exhaust muffler sticking out your rear bumper. well i guess it matters where u live and the cops most of the cops here are twisted so they give u ticket for anything.

I agree with Ray, alot of it has to do with the HKS looking like a pipe a loud ass Honda would have. Id get a Megan axle back, looks OEM(espcially if you paint the muffler and leave the tips chrome), and sounds deep but not loud really at all.

that sux man, i got the skunk 60 mm with the silencer, and its pretty quiet, not silent, but not enough to be noticed...just get the silencer installed, i dont kno about drilling new holes, but the skunk came with the silencer already

haha to each his own but i prefer the stock exhaust on my car, and i've owned cars with loud exhaust, it just gets really annoying to me
i'm located in NC and i've never even heard of someone getting a ticket for loud exhaust, now tint and loud speakers that's a different story but never exhaust, i know people (ricers) that run open DP all day long with no tickets
