Is that a confirm price mark or a wishlist price mark?
"1.2L 5sp with air for $11,995'ish CDN (or less) With 15" tires too."

The most likely engines (in my humble opinion!) will be L15A i-DSI (95-100 bhp SAE 08/04 net) and the 1.5-liter version of the 1.3-liter SOHC i-VTEC engine from the new version of the Civic Hybrid (110-115 bhp bhp SAE 08/04 net).

Nothing confirmed as of yet (price/date/engine) not even which generation of Fit we will see in N.A.

They need more L12A!! I feel lonely here with an L12A engine

According to my dealer, March 2006 is good. 2 trim levels. Base and Sport. According to the camera phone photo he showed me, the Sport looks has body parts, 15 inch alloys and foglights. It looks very much like the one at the top of the page. Very cool! Expected to be at the "high end of the entry level US car market."

Canada will get the 5 speed and CVT. No CVT-7. Base will be $13,500 plus all the crap, PDI freight ($1000), tire tax ($14) and sales tax (14%). So, I'm guessing said and done $16400. Now if you want air/auto/this and that.. it will be in the civic price range.
GG!!! $16400 for an entry level Honda.

This will be my second Honda, my 99 Civic is a manual, but the Fit must be an auto to qualify for my Wife, a cool CVT-7 tranny no less.

Funny, my wife will only drive a 5 speed. Good for me, saves us $1000. Put that $1k to winter rims and Michelin X-ice tires for the winter.
Do all the CTVs have the 7 speed mode? Or is the 7 speed sport mode a top, top model option?
