The only additional fee I had was a documentation fee which was $149...I wasn't able to get them to waive it.

 

Title and license is maybe $100-300 depending on your state and DMV.

- "documentation" or similar fee ranging from $100-300. Basically a bogus cost for doing your paperwork. They usually wont budge on that.
- financing APR (if applicable)

do not let them charge you the $300 VIN etching fee. Just say "Oh I didn't ask for that" and they'll take it right off.

i had a local dealer quote me "a little over $19,000 out the door." i said i'm not paying $19,000.

"a little over $19,000" would mean title, license, doc etc would total about $300.


dont worry. im not paying for any vin etching. that was a different dealer and they were talking about additional insurance for the etching. im not going there.
