Anyone have experience with Blade tailpipe modification?

Does anyone have any experience with a device called the "Blade" tailpipe extension?

Blade Your Ride: Save Gas, Save Money, Stop Global Warming

The distributors of this device claim it will reduce emissions of CO2 up to 12%, capture toxic particulate material, and save hundreds of dollars per year on gas.

TreeHugger asks, "Is This the Most Eco-Friendly Car Innovation Since the Hybrid?" in their posting at Is This the Most Eco-Friendly Car Innovation Since the Hybrid? : TreeHugger

Heck, I don't even know if this thing will fit a stock 2007 Sport Model Fit.

But, for $200, plus the cost of not-too-expensive filter cartridges, it looks interesting.

Thoughts - I mean, educated thoughts, maybe from those who actually have experience with this device? I'm already skeptical, so skeptics who don't actually know something about this thing need not reply.

that is indeed interesting. I wouldn't be the first to get one, but after a test and some Fit studying, I might get it

i think that is just a second cat that fits at the end of the exhaust. someone else has tried marketing these before. i like how their ad says similar tests as the EPA. if this part is so great why doesnt the EPA actually test it? i like the look of my spoon n1 better.

cool find!
I just finished reading most of their website, they have a lot of coverage in the news. some guy wrote down +8mpg in highway driving with Scion xA manual.

I probably wont be the first to test this, but if someone is going to, this site has a discount code for 10% off the blade. not sure how long the promo is gonna work tho.

What they say about how the engine operates is true.

However, they never say HOW the blade actually increases gas mileage.
