Question about Refresh Mode

When the magic seats are in refresh mode, how much can the rear seat backs recline?

I understand the rear seat can slide back and forth in the JDM which it can't in the Australian model. Our rear seats can just clip completely flat or vertical. Be interesting to know if the US ones can slide.

What happens to the front seat headrest? Do you have to remove it, or does it go under the rear seat cushion?

Headrests unclip and there is still quite a bit of space under the rear seats when they are folded so can chuck them out of the way there.
