Honda Jazz 4WD

I was searching for the Japan version of the Honda Jazz with 4WD but found this strange creature:

Clikk on the image to see more of it.
You can clearly see the Honda badge. I've also found many other cars of this type for sale when I searched for "Honda Jazz 4WD"

But it also say Izusu, and I think it is just a rebadged Izusu 4WD.

Any else seen this before?

And does anybody have a URL to a page with the "real" Honda Jazz (Fit) with 4WD as they have in Japan?

How about a Honda Fit 4wd?

There seems to be 4WD available in several styles/trim models. Here's the translated page---> Translation result for http://www.honda.co.jp/Fit/type/index.html

I noticed that none of the models are available in 4WD with MT?
Or am I just misunderstanding something?

FitStir; thanx. I was actually searching for the GD1. But I did not know that the GE08 also came with a 4WD option in Japan.
Nice, that means it is still hope for us to get a 4WD Jazz in to my country.

Only site I found with the old GD1 (or GD3?) with 4WD was on a russian site:
Êëóá Ëþáèòåëåé Honda Fit

Looks like an Honda Passport (Izuzu Rodeo) with the middle 2 ft chopped out of it to me.

Anyone notice the first Fit on that page has no rear head restraints? What's the deal with that?

I've seen it down here (Argentina) named Isuzu Amigo.
It's the same deal as Isuzu Rodeo / Honda Passport.

So where else are the AWD Jazz/Fit sold? I've seen them on the Japan website. I'd buy on in a hot second here. It a trip to see the UK Honda site, and see all the stuff we can't get on them here- panoramic glass roof, better level of equipment.. now I want to see how the automated manual works.

Interesting- I wonder why it's only sold in Japan? You'd think, especially in the US that the AWD would sell-it would be great in rural areas like where we are. Is there some engine/ market combo that gets in the way?

From researching aftermarket parts, the AWD Fits do have slightly different suspension tuning - mainly higher spring rates and a different ride height due to the extra weight of the AWD hardware.

Maybe the rear floor pan would've been different too, because of the need to slot in the rear differential. Otherwise I didn't notice anything else that's different.

Haven't seen an AWD Fit for myself in the metal, though.

A relative saw a 4WD Fit today

A relative told me that he saw a Honda Fit 4WD today.
It was parked in the lot where he was taking a tennis lesson.
He lives in Mayfield Village, Ohio.

Only in Japan sell AWD. At the European market AWD is not for sale.
Fit for Japan - right rudder, Jazz for Europe - left rudder and Jazz for Singapore - right rudder.

Ive been looking in to it to as wanna awd my uk jazz the difference is the spring rates fuel tank gear box and rear i beam everthing else is the same if you have a look at the rear of the car it has the mounting point for the diff if you can get the rear i beam wouldnt be to hard of a swap as im going to go a b20 swap with the awd system out of a mk1 crv as not much would have to be done just shorten the drive and prop shafts and modify the mounting system for the rear diff to bolt to the jazz diff mounting points or fab up a sub frame or cradle for the dif as the crv uses a subframe and it wouldnt work with out cutting the rear end out and use the crv suspension and sub frame and tbh i cba and dont have the time to do that
