i was checking out what my fit was worth on kbb, and while that site does not have as many ad's as this one, there are a few manufacturer ones.


this modded scion ad popped out and the tag was : THE FIT IS NO: upgrade your xd with dealer installed accessories and dont' void your warranty".


HA! trying to boost slow sales are we? dunno, i got a kick out of it.

Buying a Scion to customize with dealer accessories is like shopping at Hot Topic to look different with all the other spooky goth kids.

one of my friends bought an xD the other weekend before test driving a Fit. i let her drive mine and now she's got buyer's remorse

Fit > xD

PS: my monthly payments are also less than hers

When I bought my Fit (2 years ago), I started by looking at the Scion then-xA. It didn't do anything for me, especially once I sat in one. The Fit cost more than the xA did, but I am SO sure I did the right thing. I was a Toyota guy before the Fit. The only thing I miss about my old Camry is having the car turn the headlights on and off for me.

I'm not a huge fan of scions, but I think the way the people that drive them act that really pisses me off. Especially the tC drivers, they just try too hard.

Yeah, me too...Never owned a Honda till now...Did you test drive the xA? My god, I drove one just before I bought my Fit and I thought my teeth would fall out. That car had the worst ride of any car I've ever driven. It felt like I was riding on freaking wooden wheels or something. I went over a small bump and had to apologize to the passengers!

I was surprised the Fit doesn't turn off its own lights, but I kinda like the little chime it does to let me know "Hey, dummy, turn off your lights!"

 

I go over small bumps in the Fit and apologize to passengers ;/ the fit feels like when you're walking barefoot. You feel everything. I'm sure the xA wasn't much worse

 

It was much worse to me. Maybe these people who were selling it had the tires up to 45 psi or something, but I'm telling you, it felt like driving on the rims. Ouch!

And the speedo in the middle of the dash totally killed it for me anyway...but what can you say as you are driving a car with the sellers in it? "Dude, this car SUCKS! Thanks for making up my mind about the Fit!"

i hate sigh yawns. the dealership parts are a joke, but the fit is about to be a joke when they come out with the dealer mugen parts.

 

I used to own 2 scions but now just have the xB. I used to love scion... But the stupid things their coming up with makes me glad I ditched the tC. Sport car yes but IMO you can put 2 more doors on it and its just a corolla...

I used to be a scion geek but after the xD came out and the new one they want to make..... bah. Its like somethingng out of a bad movie.

My next car I wanna get is either a 05-09 Mustang Shelby or Honda S2000. Maybe a fit if I dont want to pay allot. The 08 fits look sweet.

P.S Great thing about hot topic and scion. Haha... loved it.
