How to turn off tmps on 08

I tried searching a dyi for turning off the tpms, i bought 16in" rims and the light comes on and it really bugs me so im wondering if theres a way u can reset that tmps signal to turn off. I only have 2 theories: unplug battery and remove all the tpms sensors.

oh and while i was driving my gf around she was really agitated and mean, aggressive, and when i glaced at the tpms light, my photo covered the t and it looked like pms was lit up. she didn't think it was funny..

i dunno what imma do yet, currently i have a business card sitting there cuz i might get a job at a non-honda dealer... :O so i gotta constantly remind myself to call and check up! It's gonna be freakin annoying when i put the card down. Im not gonna tell you what dealer it is, but dont be surprised when i ditch the Fit for an /R32 hahaha

Come on man, you're driving her around and she's still in a bad mood?? You should see if you can turn her off, not the TPMS!

Swap the sensors into the new wheels. Hopefully you didn't get rid of the old wheels with the sensors too.

Yea that should be the only way is just swap the sensors in. Or take apart the dash and take the light bulb out for the tpms light.

Many of the new wheels I've looked at for my Fit won't accept the TPMS sensors. Try placing all four of them inside your spare tire.

If you don't want to do that, send them to me. I'll even pay postage.

I have gronw to ignore it too..but its good to have the lgiht there buggin you so once in a while u have the check ur dash to see if the light still there and at the same time u check yur speed ..if the light wasnt there then there would we nothng to bugg yuo and you wouldnt bother to check your dash board and the MPH would keep going up
