Thanks Stacey14. I had not seen that, but took the time to read the entire long saga. Very interesting. I thought I knew a little bit about car sales work (had a friend who sold a couple years) and I've bought maybe a dozen new cars myself over the years. Pretty hardcore, good perspective. Thx!

) if you google "confessions of a car salesman" you can find a complaint or two from actual car salespeople that say that things are much different when you're actually doing it for a living. always good to look at the different sides of an issue.
neither of the dealerships that were described in the article are like the dealership i work at. the high volume high pressure place...that's terrible. the other place, that's wack. i work honestly and i work hard. there are dealerships that do all that crap that the first dealership described. but you have to understand, every place is different. and it's only a few places and people that ruin the entire reputation for the car business
