Who makes the Fit stereo?
Hi All,
I just took delivery of a Milano red Fit Sport last Friday and I am very happy with it. I was just wondering if any of you know who actually manufactures the stereo in the Fit? It sounds great, iPod works just fine through the accessory input jack.
Thanks.

Hi b17gsr...I actually signed the papers last Monday. The dealer in Smith Falls said I was one of the first Fit owners in Ontario, however, I am sure there were many sold in the Toronto area. I traded in my '92 Civic Si which was in very good condition. No deal on the price (belive me I tried) except maybe 5%on the extras. They know these cars are going to sell well. I went for the manual, because I like a manual transmission in a smaller car, however I would like to give the paddle shifter a try just for fun.
Alpine or Pioneer, either one make a quality stereo. Thanks for the info.

Smith Falls = Hershey factory! Hmm, let me know how mcuh chocolate fits in the Fit! LOL
I think I'll be able to get a little bit of a price break. I'll see in a month when I'm ready to purchase.
I'll be getting one with zero options. Then I'll talk to my buddy in the parts department and get my usual discount. hehehehe
