Maybe you could give a review of your car while the rest of us are waiting such as:

driving impressions
handling
acceleration
interior

Well let me start then

this things begs you to drive it, real smooth ride, shifting is real nice and precisely smooth into each gear, downshifting is even better then my 89 civic si, braking is superb and easy to, not alot of body weight transfer, but still noticable, taking corners and just turning is alot better and less roll then one would think, sure it still does, but nothing that a good set of Tein's can't Fix, or even a sway bar kit (if made), but dies turn alot better then one would think for avehicle of it's height. Interior is what also got me going for this car, everything is perfect except missing a armrest and a map light, lol, but the radio display is extremely well lit up with a bright blue display with white digital numbers and letters, need to test out the CD player tomorrow, but the six speaker sound system is very nice, well balanced from front to back, the dash gauge's are very well lit up as soon as you turn the ignition on, and if you don't wear seat belts then your going to hate the seat belt reminder system, lol, oil life feature is nice to have, not sure how often i'll actually pay attention to it though, alot of dash space but that's due to the motor location as in the new civic aswell, front seats do sit high (due to gas tank under them), but i fell this is a advantage to us short people, reaching the clutch now actually seems to be alot easier for me now, being as i can finally move the seat back from the wheel a bit to not seem so short, lol, plenty of cup holders everywhere (i finally own a car with cup holders, 5 of them i think to be near exact.), shifter isn't too tall, actually sits very nicely, teh seats are truely magic seats as honda calls them, though i have't figured out the front seat to lay completely flat yet (damnit), lol, so i will be reading the owners manual for awhile, i also opted forthe cargo cover, i just like having them there, all my hatch's have so far, so sure i will continue the tradition, the carpeted floor mats seemed very cheaply made though, no rubber bottom to them to keep them from sliding like normal floor mats, though there are hooks to hold them in place, so that might work out anyways.

All in All im very happy with teh Fit Sport, i'm just waiting on the Sport Muffler to be released next month so i can get taht installed, i did order it, but it's not yet available till May, but i atleast got my order done, lol

Any questions.

Yeah congrats, I just picked mine up today too, same exact as yours. It is truly a nice car and you're pretty spot on with you review just from the short time I drove mine. Is it just me, or does you think it's odd there's no power door lock switch on the front passenger side? My xB had one, and when my wife went to let herself out of the Fit today she put the window down instead. I guess it's for safety, but I think it's kinda weird.

Yeah i saw taht tonight, but i'm not to worried about it, lol, that way i can keep teh fiance from escaping, lol. I did figure out how to lay the front seats flat today, and learned taht the CD player displays the album and song title playing, and got my Silverstars installed until i get new bulbs for my HID kit to work with the Fit, and this Tuesday i'll be getting my sport muffler installed, so i might wait til after that to take pics.

Sport muffler? Is that a Honda accessory? Not the sporty tailpipe tip-thing, right?

Lock for gas cap?

I want to know if there is a lock for the gas cap? The last thing I want in my Fit is sugar or dirt (damn kids). Is there an optional lock for the Fits gas cap or is there just none?

I think a trip to Pep Boys is the fix for this one. One more key, it's a small inconvenience for piece of mind.

yeah it's a whole polished muffler, not the tip, which i do have right now just to cover up the ugly little tip that already exist, lol, i hope it's going to be a bit deeper sounding so you can actually hear it, and not just pretty looking, and yeah it's a Honda accessory.

Locking gas cap is not a option, sorry to break the news on that.
