If your whole life revolves around what car you drive... you probably need to get a life either way...

And lastly, he says it's the ugliest car he's ever seen. I guess he's never seen an AMC Pacer.

,
I live in Canada, I don't know if there's any difference compared to the US. But over here, dealers don't like to sell the Fit because they simply don't get much off from it. Plus, in higher demand areas, it is very likely that they need to order it. Anything that is made overseas, there's a higher price tag for it because of the tax (at least in Canada). The price, I think, can be justified just base on that point. As for the looks of the Fit, it is strictly a personal preference. My gf loves the appearance of the Fit, I like the appearance of the Civic. But if you were comparing the Fit against it's closest competitors with the same trim level (Yaris, Aerio, old Golf base...Versa anyone?), then you get a just as good looking, if not, better looking car. On the same note, comparing the Fit with the cars mentioned above, the price tag (again in Canada at least), is still very competitive. To be harsh on your opinions on a Fit forum is definitely unnecessary. Negative comments are welcome, however, have some facts to back-up the things you say. And especially if you're working for Honda, what good does it do for you to voice such opinions?

Not planning to convince you to like the Fit. Just saying there are people that likes the out look to it. And remember, the Fit is the lowest priced (base wise) car they are selling right now and for the car at that level, it is relatively good overall.
