Max Mpg

i know this is probably a common Question, but other than good driving habits are there any mods that i can do that will improve power and mpg? i have a 09 Honda Fit with the M/T, i am getting about 47 mpg (so the car says).

- inflate tires to at least 60psig
- WAI
- FAS switch
- Aero mods(the best thing to do)
- LRR tires
- Grill block(maybe considered an aero mod)
- most important is driving technique.
