How Much Has '09 Addressed These Problems?

I did not buy the '08 due to several of these issues, and the fact it didn't come in white.

'09 is all better.

Actually the one I was looking at was white - the dust line was more visible I think, because it was white. I wonder what it looks like on a dust brown color car.
