Very funny stuff there, notice everyone that there is only RUST staining and no oil at all?

It was actually in pretty good shape for an '88. No leaks, but the pinion seal was starting to seep. The puddles in the photo are just from morning dew water dripping off the body, which probably didn't help with the rust. The hole in the rocker panel was the only rust-through it had.

How many miles where on your Astro van? I swear those things must be bullet proof. I see them all the time around here. I rode in one as a taxi in Florida once and it had close to 400k on the odo I had to look twice!

Only had 168K. It ran great, but other stuff like brakes, rotors, brake lines, alternator, fuel tank, fuel lines, front end, parking brake, door locks were getting annoying to keep up with. You can't keep a vehicle alive forever if you park it outside and use it in Ohio winters.
