Looks sweet, fits my bikes, great fuel economy, fun to drive, don't see them much in iowa, super reliability and reviews!

I bought the FIT because of better fuel economy. I traded in my 06 STi for it and I think the FIT is just an all around better car than the STi, unless you are more into power.

I was planning on getting a 2009 model until I saw what they did to it. The sportiness and cute, quirky look of the GD3 did it for me. It's lack of popularity was also a big plus. I enjoy not seeing the GD3 style on the road too often (gives me the feeling of owning a rare breed). I originally had my heart set on a Mini Cooper but decided against it when considering cost of ownership and that the price was higher than the Fit by about 3,000. The Fit gave me that sporty go-cart handling at a more reasonable price for my budget.

No regrets at all on my decision. I love the Fit and being part of the Honda family!

I've driven an old SUV my whole driving life (six years lol) and I wanted something with better fuel economy but still gave me the versatility of an SUV. So I definitely wanted a hatchback but wasn't prepared to buy a new car. So I started looking around for used liftbacks such as the Toyota Matrix, Suzuki Aerio and VW Golf. Then C4C went into effect and I though this was it, this is my chance to finally buy a brand new car.

So I started looking at the usual suspects in this class...Suzuki SX4, Toyota Yaris, VW Rabbit, Nissan Versa and Honda Fit. I liked the SX4 and the Fit the most but while the SX4 had the AWD option, it was a bit too pricey. So I got a great deal on the Fit and went with the Fit because of the looks (best looking car in the class to me), the gas mileage, the ratings and reviews and I got a solid price.

Pretty much why i picked the Fit, maybe in a different order...and scratch bikes and Iowa remarks

...one reason i didn't figure on - lotta people said "no way, dude" and that sorta made me want it even more.

I selected the Jazz because of the huge and practical cargo space in a small car.
But also because of price and fuel economy.
