Availability of Service Manuals

Has anyone looked into purchasing the Fit Service Manual(s)? Is there one big one, like on on the older cars, or a few smaller ones... maybe for brakes, engine, chassis, etc? Also, is there any place to buy other than the dealer? Thanks in advance.

Did you order it from the U.S? Are you sure it has the Canadian models?

I have a friend in the US that is ordering it, and I’ll be picking it up at his place since they only ship UPS to Canada (they are brown for a reason, GRRR). The Helms manuals include both the US and Canadian models. For the fun of it, I contacted the local parts department. Their cost is 150$ CDN for that manual!!! Add a good 40%+ mark-up, and, well, OUCH!

I'm thinking of ordering some accessories from one of the US vendors and picking up all the stuff at once.

I bought the Helms manual. It's nice, thick, detailed, and highly informative.

I've seen them for sale on E-Bay but I can't recall how much they were going for. Do a search for 2007 Honda Fit. If you just put in Honda Fit, you get anything that "fits" a Honda.

The JDM Jazz/Fit online manual is maybe 80% compatible with the North American model. Since I do lots of work on cars, I need 100% of the information.
