Just curious how much your got your fit?
I paid $18,965 OTD for my 2010 Fit Sport Auto w/Mugen floormats. I decided to get my cargo mat & side moldings via the internet because of the $75 install fee for the floormats! Gotta wait a few weeks 'cause getting the car wiped me out, no payments though... the sucker is MINE!

Another Austinite!
2009 MT Paid $16,900 OTD with floor mats and rear bumper protector. The sticker was only 17,xxx + tax title doc for mine so im not sure how they got you for 20k+. Unless there was a 2k markup for those leather seats...
Yup you are totally correct 1.3k plus tax marked up for the leather and 450 plus tax for the alarm. that's how I got ripoff. And those sales will just tells you for your monthly payment is just about 20 bucks per month etc etc..... makes you think it is a good deal hahahahahha.
Otherwise, lovin' the new Fit, and planning on doing some re-discovery drives of the fun roads all around Austin A.S.A.P.! Hope to see you around!

I'm a first-time car buyer, so I couldn't qualify for the 1.9% rate. :\ I got a pretty good rate (3.9%) for somebody with a relatively thin (but good) credit history, though.
I just picked up my Orange 2010 Fit Sport M/T yesterday for:
$16,000 price (I offered it and they accepted straight-up, no haggling)
- $2,000 trade-in (2001 Corolla CE A/T with 127k miles, worth about negative $1,000 with all the work that needs done)
+ taxes, tags, etc. to total:
$15,497
I am pretty darn satisfied with that price! The dealer had to call around for a week to find a M/T, so I'm surprised he didn't try to push me to pay more.

My son had his credit trashed during a divorce and because of the similarities in our names his situation created a lowered credit score for me and I ended up taking a beating on my credit score.... When everything was finally straightened out it upped my score 200 points but I won't allow myself to use credit and do without until I can deal in cash except for using a credit card for internet purchases that are paid off before interest is accrued.... My ex had absolutely no sense at all when it came to using credit and I just can't feed the pig anymore, I have paid too much for crap at I didn't really need anyway.....Before the Reagan years the kind of crap the banks have gotten away with were against the law and it has been steadily worsening.
I bought my 2010 Fit Sport/Auto last week. I paid $16,955 for the car, $150 document fee, plus tax and license. A pinch over $18k out the door. I went through 3 or 4 dealers before I found the best deal. All the others wanted to play the usual pricing games. Most had the car priced over $20k before tax and license. It's all theatrics. They want bargain down to MSRP. Most of them had added options as well like the floor mats and wheel locks. My dealer said the price is the price and we were able to do the entire deal in an afternoon. It is difficult to find a decent price on the car though. I found this guy through one of those internet quote programs.
All the dealerships charge too much for some of the accessory installs. Considering that the mats require about 5 minutes with a Stanley knife to install, the $180 price that most are charging for mats is outragous. I bought the mats, wheel locks, and some touch-up paint from a dealer selling on the internet last night for $108 + $13 shipping. The center armrest at my dealer installs for $409 + tax, this same internet dealer sells it for $164. If you tinker slowly with that install, maybe you'll get 2 hours labor in it, but you get my point ?
