I am looking for a source of new L15A engines, is this the same as the FF engine?

The specs seem about perfect for my project. I can't seem to find anyone selling the engines new.

Any help would be appreciated.

I don't know how this engine stuff works, Is there a way to put together a new engine with new parts, small block etc. or do you have to find a wrecked fit and salvage the engine? I would like to buy several engines, but don't want to use salvaged ones.

What do you mean when you say swap it out, are you trading it in? buying a new one? Sorry I don't k now the lingo, can you please help me understand this process?
