Do you guys magic seats (in the back) come up too easy? Mine go up so easy, they sometimes pop out of place if i adjust stuff in the trunk. It seems like they should lock in pretty tight and require a lot of force to pull them up, but mine come up with almost no resistance at all. However, the latch thingy does go over the seat bar when its in the down position.

I have not noticed any problems and I have used them since day one.

 

Mine come up fairly easily but stay completely in place otherwise.

 

if you fold its "legs" they should lock in place.
