Fit Sport AT Acceleration Test Results
Break in
Just to reaffirm what was said earlier, break in has definately effected performance. Gas milage has slowly improved, but it seems to have a bit more kick with 2500 miles on than it did when I got it. I know that my last car just kept getting better until about 15000 miles with performace. Will have to see if this works out the same.
This is a great thread! Im glad to see that the A/T fit can be as fast as 9.2 seconds from 0-60. I ordered a base fit with an M/T, so that should theoretically be the fastest fit you can get. Maybe sub 9 seconds? well see.
...so far 98hp

Shift points
Just curious,
with the paddle shifters, did you redline before the shift, or it a peak acceleration RPM range?
also, I've read that the computer actually shuts off the fuel flow @ 6300 rpm, not the 6500 rpm redline. Did you find this to be true?
finally, any drag strip starts (left foot on the brake, engine revved to 3-4,000 rpm, then off?
thanks.

No left foot brake starts, you have to be careful that the car doesn't move at all when you start to get good results with the g-tech. I'll have to try it though. I was nervous about my beloved new car!
