Any way to clean the inside of headlight lens?

Both of my headlights have a white film on the inside. Is there any way to clean that or do I have to buy new headlight assemblies?

Thanks much!

Repeatedly asked question! Anyway im using crystalenz which I know is the best headlight lens cleaner. When you use this, you need not to polish or use other buffering stuff…you can visit their site or you can have it on other part store online. However, if you want to save an immense amount of money then you can use some alternative like white toothpaste and a drill.

Thanks Jeon for your reply however I was not asking what to use. I am asking if it is even possible to clean the "inside" of the headlight lens. Looking at the entire headlight it does not look like there is a way to get my hand in to clean the inside. Have you done the inside?

Thanks so much.

I watched a YouTube video where a guy wrapped 2 rare earth magnets each in cloth and inserted one inside and used the other outside to wipe the lens off on both sides at once. Once he was done, he used a flex cable grab tool to retrieve it from the inside of the lens. He used 91% isopropyl alcohol on the cleaning cloths.
