my Fit will be here on the 26th!

It's been a long 2 months but I finally got a VIN number and I can hardly wait!

My first FIT came in damaged in transit in June so I've had to wait another month. My dealer told me that there is another one coming in 10 days after mine that is a backup in case this one is also damaged (that customer knows about it and is okay with it )

She also told me that Honda will be coming out with a Hybrid Fit next year. I might just have to consider a trade-in...

i have heard rumors about the hybrid fit, but nothing from a dealer about it. does your dealer have an estimate for about how much the hybrid will cost?

Lucky SOB's. My dealer said it would be 4-6 weeks before he even knows the arrival date. *sigh*

not thrilled about the black interior, but that's the only color the silver came with

Man, i love black interiors! The only reason I didnt get a white fit was because the white ones came with beige interiors.

well, I've had it for 2 days and I LOVE it!

tonight will be the first time I get to drive it at night, on the way home from work.

my first real road trip will be next weekend when I go to see the Radiators in Teaneck, NJ and Atlantic City, NJ. I'll post what I think of handling on the highway after that. I've had it for only a quick spin on the highway here.

Congrats! Welcome to the Storm Silver club! Sadly, autopia says silver is the hardest color to really make shine when polished and waxed.. Surprisingly, the storm silver has almost a magenta tint to it when viewed in lower light. I think it adds a lot of depth. Speaking of which; don't forget to go at it with a claybar to get rid of all that rail dust from delivery, then give it a sweet wax job. Maguire NXT or even the Black Magic Wet Wax will do a great job in making the colors pop even more and to protect it from the the brotherly lovin!

OH, GOT PICS?
