Can you take ur care to any dealership for warranty service?

Yes but not all Honda dealers are the same - a service writer might be more likely to go to Bat for you with Honda when you bought the car from their dealership vs. Joe Blow off the street.

 

well i meant dealership.. say i bought my car 300 miles away.. i dont have to go back to that one.. i can just got o the local honda dealership for them to make fixes under warranty right? i didn;t mean go to someone else.. i mean go to another honda dealer..

 

Like said earlier you can take too any dealership but some are different than the other...
Im in the same boat as you since I bought mine far away. I didnt wanna take my car to any of the dealers here cause when I went hunting for my FIT, they gave me the run around and was rude.

 

Yeah, I bought a car from an out-of-town dealer in the past and vowed never to do it again. However, my local Honda dealer had a 2-month longer waiting list, so I did it again.

You should be OK. Just work with the service manager. The service department is a separate "business" from the sales dept, so they have incentive to keep you as a happy repeat customer, no matter where you bought the car!

Technically, "yes", you can go to any Honda dealership, and they should honor your warranty. They'll be much more willing to go to bat for you though, if you take it there for service, as well.

 

more willing to bat.. mening if something is not covered under warranty they will try to make it cover? i mean if something is covered under warranty they have to fix it no matter what right?
