Has anyone experience this when replacing horn,

I was doing the Accord horn swap figure I would test honked twice and die. Put back in the Fit horn not working. Checked fuse was pop out pushed in, horn again worked then stopped. Do I have to switch fuses with the Accord horn does not make sense.

Thanks

You have screwed something up. It is a plug and play swap.

What do you mean "Checked fuse was pop out pushed in" A fuse usually burns out not pop out.
