I sold my set with tires for $1200 plus shipping. That price is brand new.

I think the TE37 reign has lasted long enough, it's been about 15 years since they've been released? IMO they look like poop unless they're concave.

So many cooler and more rare wheels for the money. Especially for you in the PI, you must have cool used/refinished wheels just floating around everywhere that are fairly inexpensive, why go for a design that's been done a million times on a million Hondas across the world?

Reconsider both or just get the RPFs.

Its funny that you say that^^ because RPF1s are just as famous as TE37s.

Yes and are just as good of a wheel (for 90% of users) for a lot less money. Both have been done to death but why pay a premium for it?

I'm just saying if you're going for style neither are great.

If you're going for function the RPFs will work just as well as the TE37s will.

I think both wheels are great for function and form. I agree though. With the price of the TE37s you can get other rare wheels or wheels that aren't played out

TE37's have hit a new stride (again) in the industry, just wait and see how many cars have them at SEMA this year, i'm pretty sure twice as many as last year if not more!

RPF1 are really ugly and played out in Honda sizing.
TE37 are kind of ugly and played out in Honda sizing.

However, TE go for about 50-70% of new price on the used market. RPF1 go for about 120% of new price on the used market.

It makes ZERO sense. Same issue with Kosei K1 and 949 6UL, as well as super sucky replicas, people ask more than the wheels cost new for used ones.

So the resale value will be better and they will be easier to sell.

They won't be easier to sell.

The RPF1 will sit for sale for months because all potential buyers will be like, you're an idiot or "Trade for my Rotas?"

But you drive a stock Fit and before that a mostly stock Prelude, I can't expect you to understand.

i donno about the RPF1's, but TE37's you can order your specific offsets so that's kinda nice. the long lead-time is what really kills it for me.

i rather have something locally available in the US at least. i might still get a set of RPF1's for my GE some day.

i also agree with wander about TE37's being an ancient design and not look good unless concave. and i will also add it needs to be a staggered setup on a RWD car to make it really look good, imho.
