I just ordered our new VBP Sport automatic today and the salesperson told me that the destination charge will be going up $54. He does not know if that will be on ours as it is probably being built any day now and expects it in before the end of the month.

 

Did you check with another dealer to see if that is the consensus with the other dealers around your area and not just the one you ordered your car from??

I have received replies back from three dealers that it has gone up $54 as of 8/1/2006.

 

so you were told that from the time of order to the time of delivery is only going to be about a month? I find that hard to believe.

I ordered mine in June and I am shooting for a late October arrival. . .

 

any cars ASSIGNED from august first on will have the added destination and handling. I just received the memo today.
