2009 Honda Fit 3rd gear pressure switch replacement

Hey guys,

My wife's Fit Sport threw a P0848 code today and the D indicator light started flashing. The code seems to indicate an issue with the 3rd clutch transmission fluid pressure switch. After much Googling, I eventually found part #28600-RG5-003, which I believe the be the replacement part. First, does anyone know if this is correct? Second, assuming it is, does anyone know what's involved in replacing it? I've read procedures for other Honda vehicles, but I haven't found anything on the '09 Fit. I'm sure it's in the service manual, but I don't have a copy of it. I'd appreciate any assistance you could provide.

Thanks!

Here are pages from the 09 shop manual. Unless you're over 60K miles I'd hope this is covered by the drive train warranty. Hope this helps.

A couple of members have replaced it on their own and said it was pretty easy to do. There is a thread on it.
