Hesitation while starting

What year is yours? Auto or MT? How many miles?

I dunno, coil-pack getting weak? Might be worth having Honda look at it as it's still under powertrain warranty. They'll probably want you to pay a diagnosis fee that would be waived if they find a problem. Whether a fix is covered by warranty is also questionable. Doesn't list coil packs as covered, for example.
If you bought the car used, make sure the valve train lost motion spring recall was performed. While this won't cause hesitation, changing the springs includes a valve adjustment (normally not recommended until over 100K miles) which might help.
I'm not a big advocate of tune-up in a bottle, but if it's not bad you could try some lucas fuel treatment. Maybe switch to a different brand of gasoline; it all comes to the south in the same pipe, but additive-packs differ.
If you're still running with the factory ATF in the automatic it may help shifting (dunno about take-off) to have an ATF drain fill performed with newer Honda ATF. They changed its formulation and it performs better. I wouldn't classify this under hesitation but who knows...
I'm at 65K in the same car without any hesitation or other issues, running regular 87octane usually from Shell.

Try a fuel injection cleaner first. Most hesitations is from the injectors or carbon on the valves.

If you're using off-brand gas I highly recommend you use "top-tier" gas. I had a situation similar to yours; I have an '09 sport w/auto and will only use "top-tier" because of increased time cranking the engine AND hesitating prior to accelerating when using off-brand gas.
Hope this helps you.
