HELP: Honda Fit Accessories Are Non-Refundable?

Hi, everyone!

I just purchased my first car ever: a 2015 Honda Fit EX MT.

I went through the finance department and stupidly purchased some items. I managed to cancel all but one: the Security System. The finance lady said that accessories are never refundable.

Has anyone been able to cancel an accessory? Is there absolutely no way that I can get a refund for this item?

If anyone is in the Sacramento, CA area, would you like to buy it from me?

How did you pay for it? Credit card, contact them. Added to the financing...you're probably out of luck. I just purchased a '15 fit from Auto Nation Honda Roseville. Great car, LOUSY experience! Will not go back.

I got the security system refunded shortly after I purchased my Fit.

I called the manager to discuss this issue and he said he would get back to me. He never got back to me, so two weeks later, I called back and said I had been waiting for his call.

He immediately apologized and issued me a refund check (which was sent directly to my lien holder).

The name of the security feature was "Model 2 Alarm." I had purchased it to supplement the factory alarm.

Sorry if this isn't of much help; it was over a year ago when I purchased my car.
