Vibration when going up a hill

Vibration when going up a hill

Hi guys i need your help i am from saint lucia and i hav a honda fit 2007 model i recently changed my transmission sighhh now am feeling some problems dat i felt with the previous. When goin up a steep hill in s slowly the vehicle virates alot and if i release the gas it will cut off temporarily and then will pick up again. I need some advice cuz i am frustrated

this is AT or MT? if AT, sounds like your torque converter stall speed needs to be adjusted.

Its at. It only does dat on a steep hill when i go sloww. And since is ctv many mechanics in st.lucia cannot fix it

Thought GD AT were gear based, not CVT..

Since we do not have Fit based GD cvt transmissions here I don't know what to tell you. We do a CVT clutch burnish procedure on Civic Hybrids that is for a juddering feeling from the trans. Maybe read up on that and see if that could help your situation. And I should mention to use only Genuine Honda CVT fluid not ATF Z1 or DW1.
