Bike rack roof or hitch? cost?

I don’t think I’m handy enough to install a hitch myself! I also can’t get under the car. Seems like a hitch is the way to go, though.

Bought it used with a hitch

$40 on Amazon. Bought a "used" one, which arrived in practically new condition

The only thing I'll add is that you need a few ties to keep the wheels from running away while you're driving down the road. For occasional trips it works great.
